We appreciate your interest in Thissendia LTD (hereafter referred to as “The Company” or “Thissendia LTD”). In the event that you sign up for, use, or otherwise use SPINFINITY services, websites, or software applications (collectively, the “SPINFINITY Services”), or access Content provided by Thissendia LTD using SPINFINITY; You hereby agree to a legally binding contract with Thissendia LTD.

Any material changes to this Agreement will be disclosed via the SPINFINITY application in an appropriate and easily understandable manner. The use of SPINFINITY following any changes constitutes your agreement to those changes. In this regard, please read the notice carefully.

3. The use of SPINFINITY

In the following sections, you will find information on how to use SPINFINITY. You can find free casino-related information on SPINFINITY.

4. Registration of email address

It is necessary for users to register their own email address in order to start using SPINFINITY. To be eligible for this registration, the user must be of legal age in the respected country of residence.

5. Customer rights granted by our company

All SPINFINITY content and software is owned by Thissendia LTD or licensors of Thissendia LTD. We grant users a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to make use of the Jackpot Hunter Service, and a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to make personal, non-commercial entertainment use of the content (the “Licence”). This License shall remain in effect unless and until terminated by the user or Thissendia LTD.

6. Third-Party Applications

In order to provide users with high-quality content, products, and/or services, SPINFINITY integrates with Third-Party applications, websites, and services. Thissendia LTD does not endorse, and is not liable for, any Third-Party Application’s behavior, features, or content, nor for any transaction you may enter into with the provider of any such Third-Party Application.

7. User guidelines

Thissendia LTD respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. To ensure everyone can enjoy SPINFINITY, we have outlined some basic principles that users should follow.

The following is prohibited for any reason whatsoever:

Infringements of intellectual property rights include, but are not limited to, copying, redistributing, ripping, recording, transmitting, publicly performing, displaying, broadcasting, or providing to the public all or part of the SPINFINITY service.
Make use of the SPINFINITY Service to import or copy local files that you do not have the right to import or copy.
In any way, copy cached content from the Licensed Device to any other device.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or creating derivative works based on the SPINFINITY service, content, or any part thereof.

Do not engage in any activity which is or includes material that:

Containing attacks, abuse, defamation, pornography, threats, or obscenity.
Material that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights or proprietary rights, or that encourages or commits any illegal activity
Contains malicious content such as malware, Trojan horses, or viruses, or otherwise interferes with each user’s access to the Service.
Contains the password you provided, or intentionally includes the password of another user, or intentionally contains personal information of another user, or was intended to obtain such information.

8. Infringement and reporting User Content

Thissendia LTD respects intellectual property rights holders. We encourage you to fill out our form if you believe any content violates your intellectual property or other rights.

9. Service Limitations and modifications

Thissendia LTD will take reasonable steps to ensure SPINFINITY Service availability. In some cases, interruptions may occur due to technical issues or maintenance. As a user, you agree, understand and accept that Thissendia LTD is not obligated to maintain, support, upgrade or update the Service.

10. Export Control

The products of Thissendia LTD may be subject to the export and re-export control legislation of Cyprus or similar laws in other jurisdictions. In the event that this Agreement terminates, this export control provision shall continue to apply.

11. Termination of Agreement

The Agreements will continue to apply to you until terminated by either you or Thissendia LTD, or until the SPINFINITY Service is closed. You may terminate the Agreements at any time.

12. Warranty and Disclaimer

We strive to provide better services on a continuous basis. It is understood and agreed that SPINFINITY Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranty or condition. SPINFINITY Service should be used at your own risk.

This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Limitation and Liabilities

You agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, your sole and exclusive remedy for any problems or dissatisfaction with the SPINFINITY Service is to uninstall any SPINFINITY softwares and to stop using the SPINFINITY Service.

The user understands and agrees that Thissendia LTD is not responsible for any losses incurred in the casino games used by the user through the SPINFINITY service or troubles with the electronic device used by the user.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will THISSENDIA LTD, its officers, shareholders, employees, agents, directors, affiliates, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages.

14. Rights of third parties

14.1. Apple App Store

By downloading the Application from the Apple Inc. (“Apple”) App Store or using the Application on an iOS device, you acknowledge and agree to the Apple App Store Terms and Conditions. You are entering into this agreement only with Thissendia LTD, and not with Apple. Content and services provided by the Service are not under Apple’s responsibility.

14.2. Google Play

If you downloaded the Application from Alphabet Inc.’s (“Google”) Google play, or if you are using the Application on an Android device, you agree with Google’s Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the notices. This Agreement is only between you and Thissendia LTD and not with Google. Google is not responsible for the Service or its content.

15. Entire Agreement

Other than as expressly provided in this Section or otherwise agreed by both parties in writing, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Thissendia LTD regarding this Agreement’s subject matter. The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement and supersede past agreements, whether written or oral.

16. Severability and waiver

Unless as otherwise stated in the Agreements, should any provision of the Agreements be held invalid for any reason, such invalidity shall not in any manner affect or render invalid the remaining provisions of the Agreements.

Any failure by Thissendia LTD to enforce the Agreements or any provision thereof shall not waive Thissendia LTD’s right to do so.

17. Assignment

In accordance with this Agreement, Thissendia LTD may assign all or any part thereof at any time. It is prohibited for you to assign this Agreement or any part of it, or to transfer or sublicense your rights under it to any Third-Party.

18. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Thissendia LTD harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including attorney fees and costs) arising out of (1) your breach of this Agreement; (2) any User Content; (3) any activity that you engage in on or through the SPINFINITY Service; and (4) any violations of law.

19. Governing Law

Unless required by mandatory law of a member state of the European Union or another jurisdiction, this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Cyprus, without regard to choice or conflict of laws principles.

20. Arbitration

Unless otherwise required by a mandatory law of a member state of the European Union or any other jurisdiction, any dispute concerning the interpretation or validity of these Agreements or rights and liability shall be settled by arbitration in the State of Cyprus. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on you and Thissendia LTD.
